Jean-Yves Bordier became a butter artisan in St. Malo in Brittany in 1985, acquiring “La Maison du Beurre” creamery, founded in 1927.​

We have 2 natural taste butters unsalted and salted. And 12 flavoured butters smoked salted, yuzu, seaweed, lemony Olive oil butters and many others year-round …. but there are also seasonal butters like raspberry, fennel and onion Roscoff during limited time periods.
