Made from a single grape variety using traditional methods, our vinegar, without added sugar, brings out the entire complex aromatic palette of the Pedro Ximenez grape.

 

To offer it the letters of nobility of a grand cru sherry, we work with great Spanish oenologists as well as a producer working in strict accordance with the methods of maturing the grands crus of Sherry Wine.
