Jean-Yves Bordier became a butter artisan in St. Malo in Brittany in 1985, acquiring “La Maison du Beurre” creamery, founded in 1927.
We have 2 natural taste butters unsalted and salted. And 12 flavoured butters smoked salted, yuzu, seaweed, lemony Olive oil butters and many others year-round …. but there are also seasonal butters like raspberry, fennel and onion Roscoff during limited time periods.
We also present a wide variety of cheeses such as Comte AOP 2017, Brie de Melun AOP, truffle gouda AOP, Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP, le Napoleon Commingeois AOP.
Bordier Yogurts are made from cow's whole milk from a farmhouse at the Morbihan region in Brittany, which gives it the sweetness and smoothness that characterize Bordier yogurts.
