the Maison Dehesa house has selected a family cannery from northern Galicia for its extraordinary selection of fish from local fishermen, and for its ability to retain all their freshness. A talent that Juan, the boss, has perpetuated for three generations of high-craftsmen and preservers that we are proud to present to you in this little box.
