This traditional mustard is a natural, generous mustard with an intense taste. It goes perfectly with a duck breast or a piece of beef.  This mustard is made with French seeds which are crushed with a stone mill and then sieved in order to remove the rind of the mustard. It is then associated with a cider vinegar and a finely selected producer white wine.
