Sardines caught around the Quiberon peninsula and on the French Atlantic coast are carefully prepared with Bordier Butter and boxed by hand by La Quiberonnaise Brand. For three generations, sourcing expertise, artisanal and local know - how have made it possible to offer canned fish with a naturally salty, iodized or spicy taste.
And for aficionados of small sardines, the Maison Dehesa house has selected a family cannery from northern Galicia for its extraordinary selection of fish from local fishermen, and for its ability to retain all their freshness. A talent that Juan, the boss, has perpetuated for three generations of high-craftsmen and preservers that we are proud to present to you in this little box.
