Nougat has been the life of the Silvain family for more than 30 years, starting with Pierre, Philippe and their wives, the “Paysans-Nougatiers”. The Silvain family “Nougaterie” is an official “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (“Living Heritage Company”) and the whole family is involved in producing the highest quality almonds and honey, and then transforming these into our outstandingly delicious range of traditional sweets.

In 2015, the SILVAIN family founded the “Filière Paysans-Nougatiers”, an alliance of local small-scale almond and honey producers in the surrounding Départements to supplement our own family farm production and guarantee the best possible and locally sourced production of truly outstanding nougat.
