Morbier cheese come from north east of France.The cheese is cream or ivory color and has a very soft, smooth and tender texture.Morbier cheese releases a frank and poersistent aroma, with a light taste of cream and fruit. Selected at the cheesemaker's from 3 months of age, it is matured between 4 to 8 weeks in our moist cellars.
