Based in The Perche area, near Paris, Maison Clarance makes authentic French Mustards.
Originally, François LORIN was a farmer in Eure et Loir, with his brother. Family’s farmers since 1950, they grow wheat, malting barley, rapeseed, flax and beets. It was on his native land near Chartres in Digny that François had the idea of diversifying the farm by reintroducing a forgotten crop: mustard.
They created Maison Clarance developed their range of 5 mustards of different flavors.
